Reaching out for help can be a nervous process. My highest priorities as a therapist are to help you feel supported and empowered when you choose to make a change.
I founded Granville Therapy after five years of working and volunteering at the B.C. Crisis Centre. I hold a master’s degree in counselling psychology from the University of British Columbia, and I completed my practicum at the Health Initiative for Men supporting gay, bi, queer, and gender diverse people.
I want to bring all that experience and knowledge into our work together so that I can earn your trust as the person who will walk beside on whatever path forward you choose.
